Join us in making fine music in the 21st Century! Welcome to our dynamic school where Music Education makes a profound difference at all levels of engagement. The Conservatory uniquely offers focused one-on-one instruction in voice and all instruments, performance opportunities and ensemble coaching, small group classes, and an outstanding series of professional concerts in classical, jazz and other styles of music and the performing arts.

With Steffi Nossen Schol of Dance within our building and Faust Harrison Pianos next door, MCW provides a true arts campus in the heart of Westchester County.

Dedicated, nurturing teachers experienced in working with students of all ages and skill levels.

Outstanding credentials: we are a fully accredited institutional member of the National Association of Schools of Music, a member of the National Guild of Community Schools of the Arts, and chartered by the New York State Board of Regents.
Beautiful facilities specially designed for performing arts instruction and performance.

Distinguished History: founded in 1929, the Conservatory is the oldest and largest community arts school in a five-county region comprising Westchester, Rockland, Bronx, Putnam and Fairfield, Conn., counties. Each year the Conservatory serves 3,000 students: 900 in its White Plains facility, and 2000+ public school and disabled students who participate in outreach programs.
