Share Our Space

The Conservatory’s wonderful Helen Demetrios and Michal Stradther Recital Hall, which seats up to 118 people, can be rented for concerts, performances, release parties, gala events, business meetings and presentations, and more. Our 42 practice studios and large rehearsal rooms are also available to rent for those honing their musical skills or needing the space to rehearse for a gig.

Non-profit — $350 (up to 3 hours) *
 
For rehearsals — $80/hour for rehearsals without an audience

* There is an additional fee for events that go past closing or are longer than the time agreed on prior to date.

Rooms/Studios:
Large rooms — $50/hour plus set-up fees
Dimensions: 33’ by 36’
Seat: 20 - 30
Equipment: Piano, tables and chairs and music stands

Studios — $15/hour before 3 p.m. (includes piano); $25/hour after 3 p.m.
Seat: Maximum of four people
Equipment: Piano and music stands
