On Saturday, October 26th, Music Conservatory of Westchester students Cathy Stanton, clarinet, and Tim Guida, piano, played as a duo in Carnegie Hall’s Weill Recital Hall as winners of the American Fine Arts Festival’s 2019 Chamber Music Competition.

These two exceptional 16-year-old students performed the 2nd movement of Schubert’s “Arpeggione” Sonata, arranged for clarinet and piano.
