Soprano Dr. Lotte Crayton is a dedicated voice teacher and versatile performer whose work spans opera, art song, chamber music, and musical theater. She holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from Stony Brook University, a Master of Music from the Bard College Conservatory, where she studied with Dawn Upshaw, and a Bachelor of Music from The Juilliard School.

Dr. Crayton has performed with the Marlboro Music Festival, American Symphony Orchestra, 8-Bit Big Band, Manhattan Chamber Players, and Imani Winds. As an educator, she has taught singers of varying ages, experience levels, and musical backgrounds in both private and collegiate settings. Her teaching emphasizes healthy, sustainable vocal technique while encouraging each student to develop their individual voice, musical expression, and confidence. She is committed to creating a supportive and engaging environment where students can explore a wide range of repertoire and grow as expressive, independent singers and musicians.
