The “Healing Our Heroes” program provides life-changing support for military veterans across the tri-state area who have returned home carrying the physical and psychological wounds of active duty in military service.
Through the transformative power of music therapy and individualized music instruction, veterans gain tools to improve physical functioning, emotional well-being, cognitive health, and overall quality of life. Our program helps participants build resilience, reduce stress, regain confidence, and reconnect with a sense of purpose and community.
Working in partnership with local veterans’ centers and VA hospitals, we identify veterans who can benefit most from these services and ensure they have access to specialized support that is often unavailable elsewhere. With the generosity of our donors, Healing Our Heroes can continue to provide these vital, evidence-based services at no cost to the veterans who have served our country.
