The Conservatory’s 36,000 square foot building is an ideal choice for performances, rehearsals, meetings, and events. Centrally located with easy access to major highways, and walking distance to the White Plains train station and bus depot, the building’s Recital Hall, studios and public spaces are well-appointed to meet your needs.
The focal point of the building is the Helen Demetrios and Michael Stadther Recital Hall, offering excellent acoustics, beautiful design, recital stage with Steinway and Bosendorfer pianos, and a flat floor with flexible seating.
The hall’s recording system may also be rented to document your event. If you are looking for a less formal recital space, several of the building’s large music studios may meet your needs.
High school seniors applying to college and students entering competitions will find Stadther Recital Hall the perfect place to make their audition recordings. The Hall’s recording system includes two video cameras and separately mounted audio microphones. The Conservatory will arrange for a recording engineer to work with you.
Ensembles of every size and type, from string quartet, to rock band, will find the perfect rehearsal space at the Conservatory. Rooms of every size may be rented by the hour. If you’re looking for practice space, reasonable hourly rates are available. Each studio has a grand or upright piano; two-piano studios are also available.
Hold your training event, business meeting, workshop or special event at the Music Conservatory. Whether you need a single large space or multiple rooms, we will accommodate your needs. Our spacious lobby area is perfect for an informal reception.
For more information on space rental, to find out about rental rates, or to discuss your event, please contact Katie Goulart (firstname.lastname@example.org, or 914-761-3900 ext. 101).
