Instrumental and Vocal Instruction

Instrumental and Vocal Instruction is offered all summer, and you can customize the number of weeks to suit your needs.  Summer is the perfect time to “test drive” a new instrument or to continue studying with your regular teacher (check with our Registrar Song Gonzalez for summer faculty availability).

Summer Music & Arts (Grades K-6)

Come play an instrument, sing, act and create your own masterpiece! The Conservatory’s summer program is fun and engaging for children while providing the highest quality arts instruction. Your child will be placed in a small group organized by age in order to maximize fun and learning. An experienced counselor leads each group so children are fully engaged and make new friends easily.

Musical Theatre Immersion (Grades 1-6)

A children’s musical production, students are assigned roles based on their abilities and bring the show to life by memorizing lines, singing group and solo pieces, developing choreography, and helping build the sets & props.

Suzuki Summer Program (Grades K-8)

A week of in-depth instruction on Violin, Cello, or Piano using the renowned Suzuki philosophy. Classes include semi-private & group lessons, chamber ensembles, note reading and rhythm instruction, movement, and more. For Suzuki students who have played for at least six months

Suzuki Beginner Special

Introductory Suzuki lessons for beginners (ages 4+) on violin or cello. Includes a semi-private lesson & group class. Students select violin, cello or piano.

Summer Piano Festival (Grades 5-9)

Aspiring pianists will have the opportunity to work with our world-class faculty, spending an intensive week honing their mastery and knowledge of the piano. Students attend multiple individual lessons and classes in piano technology/history, eurhythmics, technique, and sight-reading focused on piano duets and collaboration.
