Piano Masterclass with Paul Ostrovsky

These free, Saturday afternoon masterclasses will bring virtuoso musicians to the Conservatory to teach techniques to enrich your learning experience.

Paul Ostrovsky, the founding member of the Moscow Conservatory Trio, was born in Moscow and earned his master’s degree at the Moscow Conservatory, where he studied with the pre-eminent Yakov Flier and Emil Gilels.

Performance Anxiety Masterclass with Kristen Gygi

These free, Saturday afternoon masterclasses will bring virtuoso musicians to the Conservatory to teach techniques to enrich your learning experience.

Kristen is a flutist, a singer, and a certified Human Software Engineer, focusing her expertise on anxiety resolution, especially for performing artists. She studied directly with Tom Stone, creator and developer of Human Software Engineering, which encompasses a wide range of applications including Core Dynamics Coaching, Allergy and ADD/ADHD debugging, Extraordinary Wellness, and Anxiety and Trauma Resolution.

Marc Shaiman: Broadway Meets Hollywood

This is the second of the Music Conservatory of Westchester’s educational spring 2020 series for music lovers. The “An Evening With…” presentations dive deep into curiosity about topics including film music, Broadway, and opera with expert speakers and performers.
