Teaching Philosophy

I believe music therapy is a powerful way to foster connection, self-expression, and empowerment. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where individuals feel safe to be their authentic selves. My approach is person-centered with a deep respect for the diverse backgrounds and identities that shape each person’s lived experiences. I strive to bring warmth, honesty, and flexibility into every session in hopes that each person feels genuinely heard, valued, and supported.
