Dinah Vero started her musical studies at the Conservatoire In Paris, France where she studied piano with Christiane Becker and Lucettes Descaves. She later moved to Montreal, Qc-Canada, where she attended the Montreal Music Conservatory. She obtained first prizes in solfege, music theory, harmony, contrepoint and piano. Ms. Vero attended The New School in New York, NY where she studied jazz with Jaky Byard, Junior Mance, Charles Tolliver, Cecil Bridgewater, Reggie Workman.

Ms. Vero has performed as supporting artist in many genres such as Jazz, salsa, merengue, African beat, R&B. She has played on four continents.Dinah Vero has recorded two cds as a bandleader and composer. Savan and Live at Mercier In 1994 she won an award for the best composition at the Montreal Jazz Festival
