Come make music this summer at Music Conservatory of Westchester as a member of the first ever MCW Orchestra Festival!
This exciting opportunity is open to students in 8th-12th grade who are playing at NYSSMA level 4 and above. Violin, viola, cello, and upright bass players will enjoy playing together in this in-person orchestra conducted by the Music Conservatory of Westchester’s Director of Orchestras, Nicole Peragine.
Rehearsal meetings will take place safely in the Conservatory’s large Recital Hall over June 29-August 4, 2021 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4-7pm.
Tuition – $400/student
Music selections will be a mix of standard string orchestra repertoire and works by composers from under-represented communities.
*Pre-screening video with a selection of the student’s choice is required for seating placement.
